Body Fat Scale
It is getting more and more popular to use a body fat scale instead of a normal scale. Body fat scales are one of the most convenient ways to measure your body fat percentage. Body fat scales use a technique called Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis. A small and completely harmless electrical current is passed through your body tissues, slower through fat and quicker through muscle. Resistance is what is being measured.
